Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign in with your email and your account gets Pro for 14 days. No card is needed. When the trial ends you move to the free plan unless you choose a plan. Choose Pro during the trial and the first payment is taken when the trial would have ended; Team starts, and is charged, straight away.
Do the prices include GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars. No GST is charged while the business is not registered for GST. Add your business name and ABN at checkout and they appear on every invoice.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. FreightFit never sees your card number. Pay monthly, or yearly for two months free.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. Moving between plans is charged or credited for the days left. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do Team seats work?
Whoever buys Team adds up to 5 people in total, including themselves, from their account page. Each person signs in with their own email. Loads anyone in the team saves are shared with the rest of the team.
